How to use
The colder the water, the shorter the session — around 5 minutes at 5 °C. The benefits of cold exposure are felt up to 15 °C, so build up gradually rather than starting at the extreme.
Ice Bath+ or Ice Bath?
Take the + for the extra volume and the double wall fabric: 450 L against 320 L, 90 cm against 80 cm. The standard Ice Bath is lighter and packs down smaller if you move it often.
