How to use
The colder the water, the shorter the session. A simple rule of proportion works well: around 5 minutes at 5 °C. The effects of cold exposure are still felt up to 15 °C, so you do not need extreme temperatures to benefit — start moderate and build up.
Good to know
The five insulating layers hold the temperature for a long time, but not indefinitely. Keeping the tub out of direct sun makes a large difference to how long the water stays cold.
Ice Bath or Ice Bath+?
This one holds 320 L in an 80 cm tub. The Ice Bath+ is larger and more robust — 450 L, 90 cm — if you want more room to submerge fully.
