What it does
- Adjustable hold, so you set the level of support yourself
- Compression across the deltoid and the top of the arm

Choosing your size
Measure the circumference of your upper arm, just below the shoulder.
- S — 23 to 26 cm
- M — 26 to 29 cm
- L — 29 to 32 cm
- XL — 32 to 35 cm
- 2XL — 35 to 38 cm
If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
How to use
Fit the strap so it is firm but does not dig in under the armpit. Loosen it between sets if you are training for a long session.
Care
Machine wash at 30 °C, ideally inside a wash bag to protect the elastic fibres. Do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not bleach. Air dry flat, away from direct heat. Washing at high temperature is what makes compression garments lose their hold.
